If you live within driving distance of our location, you are welcome to drop off your unit at your convenience. If you cannot drop off your cleaner, you can ship it to us using the carrier of your choice. Once your cleaner has been repaired, it normally will be returned to you the way it was received -- if you dropped it off, you can pick it up when convenient for you. If you shipped it to us, we will ship it back to you. Please see the directions below for shipping or dropping off your unit.



Please do the following prior to shipping or dropping off your unit:



  • Coil the cable and tie off so cable does not unwind.
  • Include unit AND power supply.
  • Attach name, address, phone number and email address to the unit.
  • Include a brief note explaining the issue(s) you are having with your pool cleaner.

For a Maytronics warranty repair:

  • A Service Call (SC) number is required for warranty repairs.
  • Call Maytronics at 770-613-5050 to verify warranty coverage. Maytronics customer service will send you an email with an "SF" document attached. This document includes your shipping address, phone and email address, along with details regarding your cleaner.
  • Print the SF do​cument and include a copy of the document with the unit.


Shipping Instructions



  • Pack unit and power supply in a sturdy box, one that can make the trip both ways. The original box or a double-walled cardboard box is necessary.

  • If you need to purchase a box, make sure your cleaner fits the box AND your box fits the unit. Carriers charge by distance, weight and size of the box, so don't ship in a box that's too large and overstuff it with packing material.

  • Pack tightly and securely. Ensure no movement of contents inside the box.

  • Do not use loose Styrofoam peanuts as a packing material. Bubble wrap or brown packing paper are ideal.

  • Ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS to the address below. Do not require a signature for delivery.​

  • Shipping expenses to our location are at your expense. The manufacturer pays for return shipping for warranty repairs.

  • We will replace boxes that are unsuitable for return shipment (or the carrier refuses) at a cost to the customer of $20 for non-warranty repairs.


Drop-off Instructions



  • Make sure your contact information (name, address, telephone number and email address) is attached to the unit.

  • Some customers want to drop off their units but prefer to have them shipped back. We can do this, but you must drop off your unit in the box you want us to use for shipment (or purchase a box from us). Please let us know if you want return shipping when you drop off your cleaner.

  • The manufacturer will pay for return shipping for warranty repairs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense for non-warranty repairs.


Non-warranty Repairs



  • Shipping your unit to our location and back to you is at your expense.

  • We will provide you with a written estimate of the cost of your repairs (parts and labor) via the email address you provide.

  • All non-warranty repairs are subject to a bench fee. The cost is determined by the manufacturer.
    ​
    • If you choose to accept the repairs, we will waive the bench fee and ask you to reply to our email to indicate you want your unit fixed. We will contact you for payment information when repairs are complete.

    • If you choose to decline the repairs, a bench fee for our time and labor is applicable and payable by credit card at the time you decline. We can return your unit to you (at your expense) or dispose of it for you.

    • Please note: we do not waive the bench fee in exchange for your old unit. It is of no value to us.
